Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Andromeda Labs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree not to use our services:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," or "spam"
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Andromeda Labs, an Andromeda Labs employee, another user, or any other person or entity
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters) for your account.

Intellectual Property

The services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Andromeda Labs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

User Contributions

Any content you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through our services is your "User Contribution." By providing User Contributions, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights in and to your User Contributions or have the right to grant the license above

In no event will Andromeda Labs, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

All provisions of the Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
